My hubby keeps finding all these awesome (and cheap!) vegan products at The Grocery Outlet- that I have never seen anywhere else - like these marinated tofu "cubes" (they were more like chunks... think crumbled feta). I tossed these with some chopped tomatoes, cukes, avocados, and some Chickapea pasta... SO GOOD! I didn't even need to make a dressing since the marinade from the tofu was enough to coat everything else lightly. I just added a bit of black pepper and herbamare and 👌 I would scoop up a bunch of these tofu cubes if I saw them again. Super convenient and yummy.
