The vegan restaurant that keeps on giving #crueltyfree deliciousness.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One Museum Place is a pleasant plaza with four floors of cafés and restaurants. It’s crowning glory has to be #purevegan on the fourth floor.

We chose this white truffle pizza to combine with broth-like dishes to enjoy different textures.
I wasn’t anticipating what original and flavourful layers of taste could be drawn out of a pizza!
#morel and #matsutake mushrooms, #asparagus were layed in vegan cheese and baked to perfection in a light crusted pastry. The mushrooms were dressed in a black pepper sauce which dispensed with any blandness.
The white truffle was delicate, somehow linking all the elements.

It’s so easy to gush about this restaurant because the staff were so welcoming, quietly delighted with the food they were offering which was a triumph of satisfaction at every stage.
