Balloons in Elliottville NY has a plant based menu and items are vegan, too, like their falafel sliders!  FALAFEL SLIDERS are made with their House made falafel topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, spicy crisped onions, and vegan ranch.  When I went last it was priced at $19 so it’s a bit pricey but so is everything In Elliottville.
