Ahh… yes. The most unique #locallysourced delicacy I’d say this #vegetable is 😙 It’s none other than #midin AKA fiddlehead ferns 😉 This serving comes to y’a pippin’ cold 😛

There’s something so satisfying about biting into this buoyantly turgid #veggie 😁 This #thai style variation means to say it’ll be gently complex experience on the palate 😋 It’s got just a touch of oil to give it that plane to carry all the sweetness, sours, spicies, and the hint of savouriness in there 😝 In a feast of greasy mounts of steaming sides, this will always stand as a great refresher through it all 🤩

RM16 for this portion and quality ain’t too bad for an increasingly rare #wild harvest like this!
