Is this the best bagel in the world? Yes, I think so. 

Ability to build your own means you can get a delicious vegan dish - I got the everything bagel and added avocado, fried onion and sauteed mushrooms... With the option of double toasted (nice touch). Only downside was that their tofu spread wasn't available but I'll definitely come back to try again!
