Review of Gluten Free Buffalo Chick’n Mac n Cheese with Bleu Cheese Dressing at Freakin' Vegan by glutenfreevee

Comfort food with a kick from Freakin’ Vegan! The Mac and cheese was creamy, and the thinly sliced sweet-n-spicy Buffalo Chick'n pieces were covered in a mildly spicy (5/10) Vegan Bleu Cheese Dressing that picks up its spiciness from the Buffalo Chick’n.

I didn’t think to mix the pasta and Chick’n together till almost the end, and feel that it would be even better if I did, as the Chick’n sauce texture became too overwhelming mid meal. There was a good portion (about 3 cups worth) of pasta and (about 1-1.5 cups) chicken.

The storefront was on the small side, but felt cozy and inviting.

Priced at $14 for the gluten free version, $12 for the regular one. They also told me that they are really aware of food sensitivity issues, and keep everything separate for gluten free items, and that they don’t have nuts in their food (like cheeses) either.
