Review of Reuben And Irish Hash at Cleveland Vegan by maddy-6

The reuben is made with a stack of seitan, with a good amount of sauerkraut and just enough vegan thousand island dressing. They make this with rye bread, but I’m allergic to rye so i Had to sub the rye bread to white bread. It was still very good.

The irish hash included scrambled tofu, kale, potatoes and onion. Top it with the thousand island dressing and it’s mouthwatering!

If you are in the Lakewood/cleveland area, this is a must have!
