Review of Chickpea Natto Wrap at Obon Shokudo by pdxveg
This consisted of house chickpea natto blended with Kyushu-style tofu misozuke, daikon, rainbow carrots, kumquats, and salt-preserved Meyer lemons. Served on a mustard leaf. With a tantalizing mix of creamy, crisp, tangy, citrus, and savory flavors, it was amazing.
