Review of Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto - Trader Joe's by jinplantfriend
Recently, we bought some of Trader Joe’s #vegan #pesto with #kale 🥬, #basil 🌿, and #cashews. Pretty creative! 😄 Usually, this pesto goes great with vegan pasta salad. However, today I tried pairing it with some #cherrytomatoes and vegan #ravioli, which was simple but pleasant. ☺️ The pesto itself tastes pretty unique. The basil is very subtle, and it has a crisp and fresh taste from the kale which matches the cherry tomatoes nicely. If you are looking for a unique sauce which goes nicely with pasta, I’d definitely recommend this one. 😄🌱
