Review of Butterfly Latte at Palo Verde Bistro by trixi

We really were intrigued by the name of this drink and the product itself did not disappoint. It had this pretty light blue color with cute latte art on top. The staff filled the cup to the brim so that it almost swapped over haha. But we are not complaining about too much of something. It had a light ginger taste but did still taste sweet. We suspect the color came from spirulina. Overall a very jummy and fun drink, it was served warm. 💙🦋
