Review of Waffle Sandwich at The Bye and Bye by pdxveg

This consisted of savory, crispy, seasoned uniquely delicious cornmeal-breaded tempeh and Tofutti 🐮🥛-free cream cheese inside fluffy waffles. Served with savory roasted potatoes. The mix of savory, sweet, creamy, and crispy was wonderful.
