Review of Tofu Bio con Erbette - Vemondo by gingersaint

🇬🇧 In my precious collection of tofu, I hadn't reviewed this Vemondo herb one yet (it's from the permanent line but I don't always find it in sore).
I’ve been buying it for several years and the herbs are quite perceptible, making it perfect to be eaten even without a marinade (of course you can marinade it to enhance its flavor): I like cutting it into sticks and cook it in the oven or in the air fryer, with an aioli type sauce and a sprinkle of rosemary powder.

🇮🇹 Nella mia vasta collezione di tofu, non avevo ancora recensito questo alle erbette della Vemondo (è della linea permanente ma non sempre lo trovo).
Lo acquisto da diversi anni e la presenza delle erbette, che si sentono abbastanza, lo rende perfetto per essere mangiato anche senza marinatura (che chiaramente si può comunque fare con ulteriori erbe per esaltarne il sapore): a me piace tagliarlo a bastoncini e metterlo in forno o nella friggitrice ad aria, accompagnato da una salsa tipo aioli e una spolverata di rosmarino in polvere.
