I orderer online on #amazon this vegan #bluecheese to try it, it's made mostly with #coconutoil, #spirulina and enriched with #vitaminb12, I loved the flavour (my grandfather didn't even notice it was not real cheese 😂) but not the texture which is kinda spongy, but a really good replacement to remind the amazing taste of #gorgonzola
