Crostata con marmellata di lamponi. Buona! La frolla è buona, rustica, molto piacevole e morbida. è difficile fare una frolla vegana friabile e croccante se non con l'olio di cocco e sinceramente va bene così. Anche la marmellata molto buona, non troppo dolce né troppo acida e si sposa benissimo con la frolla. Una buona torta.
Una menzione d'onore va fatta per la bellissima scatolina di cartone per l'asporto, bravi!

The shortbread is good, rustic, very pleasant and soft. it's difficult to make a crumbly and crunchy vegan shortbread if not with coconut oil and honestly that's okay. The jam is also very good, neither too sweet nor too acidic and goes very well with the pastry. A good cake.
An honorable mention goes to the beautiful cardboard box for take-away, well done!
