Yep, that suspicious fluid that you see is indeed unannounced dairy mayo. I had been cognisant of this possibility, but between the waiter's limited English and our limited Hindi neither side quite got the message across 😭 Aside from that everything else about this #uramaki roll was safe. Just rice, seaweed, and combinations of the three promised vegetables - #avocado, #radish, and #asparagus. The #sesameseeds were a bit much, coated on the outside, and the overall flavour just wasn't quite there (not helped by some really bland wasabi). Shame ☹️
