Review of Persimmon and Hazelnut with Lentil Miso Onigiri at Obon Shokudo by pdxveg
This consisted of toasted sprouted brown rice and lentil miso blended with organic persimmon, with creamy smoked tofu misozuke inside, wrapped in a nori sheet. With sweet, salty, tart, and lots of umami flavors, it was fabulous.
