Review of Smothered Tofu Steak at Obon Shokudo by pdxveg
This consisted of tofu from Ota Tofu breaded with gluten-free flour and pan fried, intensely flavorful oyster mushrooms from Mindful Mushrooms, and red wine demi-glace on top of Gathering Together Farm’s salad mix. Showcasing some wonderful local businesses, this was delicious and nourishing.
