Review of Bucatini at Fermenter by pdxveg
This consisted of fresh al dente bucatini, a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole running through the center, with Italian-style tempeh sausage, kale sauce, garlic, and tender wilted kale. It was satisfying, with an imaginative use of kale.
