Review of Vegetarian Shredded Hoisin Duck - Linda McCartney's by marialorodrigues

This vegan "meat" tastes like soy and seitan, not like duck. The texture is great and it's flavor isn't too intense. I used this to make "arroz de pato" and it turned out great. However, I do think it's a really pricey product, so probably won't buy again.
