Review of Mexican Rice at Super Loco - Robertson Quay by dafnelately

Not too sure why but all my recent reviews are pending impact 🥲 These are per the menu & the wait staff checking in on us definitely vegan! That said though, @m1tch9i’s initial assessment was that it tasted “meaty” and while it somewhat does.. it’s really the #coriander that she was tasting 🤭 This #mexican rice was well spiced! The aforementioned coriander comes first for sure, but there’s a nice balance of #tomato sofrito and jalapeño for that kick of tartly #spicy 🔥 We ordered two portions of this in fact cause we really liked it, plus it was an excellent pairing to everything else we had 😋 Also of course with Ploom and Claire we had two additional very hungry mouths to feed! #tardigradesofabv #isopodsofabv #growingupisoptional
