Review of Fried Chicken Cordon Bleu at Earth Bistro Cafe by kristin548
This was a massive and delicious sandwich. The chicken was stuffed w/melty cheese (I think they use chao?) and Black Forest ham. Breaded and fried perfectly. Had a maple prey poupon mustard spread on it. Which was like the icing on the cake so good.
Upgraded to pickle fries which were also perfectly crispy and they were served with a sour cream dill dip.
Only thing I didn’t care for was the coleslaw on the side, but then I have never been a big coleslaw fan.
This was just the comfort food I needed today. Everything I’ve ever had at this restaurant has been so good. Never disappoints! Seasoning is always on point and everything is so fresh. Highly recommend to anyone in the Cleveland area.
