Review of Chicken + Cheese Sandwich at Naked Cafe by ecoveg

The chicken + cheese burger wasn’t quite what I was expecting. The batter was almost pancake like/tasting not your typical crispiness. The base was seitan, something I’m not a fan of personally (preference). It didn’t have a chicken taste to it either. The burger overall was pretty tasty though. The burger entailing a ciabatta bun, fried seitan, cheddar, shredded lettuce, pickle, and pink mayo.

The fries were perfection! Crispy, soft, thin and had this addictive seasoning on them! The ketchup tasted homemade and they really knocked it out of the park!
