Review of Snackie Chan Eggplant Eel Roll at Liberation Kitchen by yourfriendjen

Uptown's Breakroom has morphed with Liberation Donuts and is now called Liberation Kitchen. This month they have sushi from Snackie Chan in their fridge:)
The top of the roll (eggplant and sauce) was sooo tasty, but the inside was only cucumber which made it bland. Also the rice felt a bit stale. $12 for an 8-piece roll seems reasonable around here. Usually it's like $14 for a complex roll and $7 for a basic one.
Contains Chinese eggplant, cucumber, spicy mayo, chili thread "eel" sauce.
