This place never disappoints! I usually get the Bim Bap which is my absolute fav here but I was feeling like noodles today! This Vietnamesed inspired noodle salad is topped with cucumber, mint, mung bean sprouts, lettuce, crushed peanuts, pickled daikon and carrots. Served with crispy golden rolls that are filled with with cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, carrots and sweet potato starch noodle. Yum Yum Yum 😋 I’m stuffed! Sooo goood!
