Review of Curried Sunbeam at Rad Magic Subs by pdxveg

This variation of their popular Sunbeam has flavorful grilled curried tofu, shiso mayo, spring mix, blistered shishitos, tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, and salt and pepper. To this I had them add 🌱-based cheese slices, marinated mushrooms, and Mama Lil’s peppers. Served on a toasted roll. The mix of savory, fresh, creamy, and 🔥 was immensely satisfying. #saveveganrestaurants
