I didn’t understand the hype about these traditional Portuguese pastries until I tried the ones from Vegan Nata. The cream tastes delicious and the puff pastry is soft and crunchy at the same time. They cost 1,20€ each.

oceanik If you are in Lisbon there is also Pastelaria Zarzuela with vegan Pasteis de nata. I didn’t have the opportunity to try them but they seemed to have nice breakfast and lunch options :)Reply
