Another nice dish from Sicilian tradition. It’s composed of a seitan rolls filled with veg cheese, breads crumbs, pine nuts and raisins and a drop of lemon. Very tasty and fresh. Again one of the best seitan dishes I have ever tasted! There was a side of roasted potatoes, which was nice but perhaps a bit too much spices.
