Rich, moist, fluffy chocolate muffin. We stayed at Yotel in Manchester 3 night and unfortunately I didn’t take any photos apart from this muffin! It was delicious but it wasn’t the only vegan option. They had 3 kind of muffins (the other 2 were lemon poppy seeds, and blackberries - all amazing) and various other vegan options like tofu scramble.  The hotel is gorgeous, very central and eco-friendly. 5 stars!
