Review of Avocado Toast at Happy Day Juice Co. by pdxveg

This consisted of gluten-free toast made from New Cascadia Traditional Rustic Italian bread topped with avocado mash seasoned with sea salt, fresh black pepper, and garlic, micro greens, and hemp seeds, plus Cashew Chèvre with Basil and Chive from Cultured Kindness. All that savory creamy goodness was delightful. We highly recommend that you add the Cashew Chèvre because it was the perfect foil for the mashed avocado. #saveveganrestaurants
