This was a stir-fry of diced roti, black 🐷-free “pork" curry made with Mis Tacones seitan, JUST Egg, chilies, leeks, green cabbage, napa cabbage, carrots, and scallions. It had so many amazing components that harmonized to make a very hearty, comforting, and satisfying dish. #saveveganrestaurants
