This isn't something I'd ever get again, but they were having a promotion to introduce Beyond Tenders to their menu. They were completely free. So ours were undercooked, but our friend's Tenders were dark golden brown. They have no nutritional info on the sauces and the employees were unsure so we skipped those. These were really really greasy. I made Greg eat mine, tbh. Lol. But I always want to support more vegan options and decrease the demand and budget for animal products!

I will say I'm super glad the staff was totally honest that they didn't know what sauces were vegan and not. She even said she wouldn't want us to eat something we don't believe in. I appreciate that because they could have just given us whatever to get us out of there.

veganadam It's good that the staff were honest but it also sounds like a less than ideal way to introduce a new product. I like how some businesses have ingredient lists so that if someone asks, they can look it up. It's not even just vegans; there are lots of people on diets or with food intolerances.4 likesReply
lizmaselli I think it might have been this location. There are a few around Columbus. I think others might have been a bit more knowledgeable but I definitely agree. I was surprised they didn't have an ingredient list handy!2 likesReply
