So lucky to have found this food truck at one of the parks in Ladysmith, BC. Follow their IG account "parknbite" to know where to find them. They currently have one vegan option on their menu. 

I would say their vegan hotdog is so interesting and unique. It is a medium carrot that is well-marinated, perfectly tender, and flavourful. I literally saw it and thought "is this a carrot??" 😀 looks a bit funny, but at the same time - delicious 🤤

Yup, I was quite surprised with their veggie dog as well! 😂🤣

Yess it is suprisingly delicious, a well seasoned cooked carrot as a hotdog 🤤
