Review of Banh Mi at Bánh mì chay by stevenneoh

A little stall on a side street that serves fully vegetarian #banhmi 😋 With #vietnamesefood that usually means vegan too, as they don't use dairy much anyway in their cooking, but in any case we did this on a vegan food tour so it's safe 😉

Seems like there is only one option here, a simple operation. Not quite sure what was in it as this was our first stop and we'd skipped lunch so were starving 😅 The crusty #baguette made all the difference, I love how baguettes are always delivered on the day and thus fresh. This particular stall uses up all the leftovers at the end of each day, and hands it all off the charity 🙂
