I could not request a vegan meal before the flight. When I asked if there is a vegan option, they showed me a pesto pasta. I had to refuse that because of the cheese and I said to the lovely cabin crew that I can’t have dairy ( not only because of ethical reason, I also get very sick). So he went and brought this dish for me from business class. So delicious! Lentils and veggies in a mild tomato-curry sauce. I was amazed how good it was!
