I really enjoyed this vegan ayurveda experience at Peace table! I didnt know they changed menu and now is ayurveda!

When you arrive and sit, You have to fill a mini questionnaire (only in japanese) and then they will suggest the right menu food based on the result of the questionnaire.
I resulted “vata” type body and its exactly i feel/ i am mentally and in my physical.

Its a bit expensive but is a course so you will have a cake and can choose one drink.
They also give you a free herb tea.

The waitress (owner?) with the glasses was really kind and explained me about this type of cuisine.


Energy of the body is really important and i think ill try to eat more healty since Im a Vata and need to eat manly hot food and avoid ice (i hate cold indeed xD).
