Review of Crostatina Nocciola - Sottolestelle by dratini
Little tart with hazelnut filling.
I like the taste of the filling is very nutty, the consistency is a little hard would be better if creamier.
I don't love the shortcrust pastry, I appreciate the fact that isn't very sweet but it's neutral, quite tasteless and the bottom is hard!
Overall it's not so bad but nothing special.
