Review of Tofu Mushroom Soba at Shimbashi Soba (Paragon) by plantbasedlifestyle

I can easily see why this is their best rated dish out of their vegetarian menu. Compared to the last dish I had which was kinda tasteless, this was really good. I enjoyed the broth and soba very much. One thing though, would prefer for a better balance of 料 compared to noodles as I was only left with just the noodles at the end
