Review of 沙香雞山藥蔥油拌上海麵 at Black Window - 黑窗里 by moosewong

This was delicious. Even though the chicken is just soybean sheets and not super convincing, the sauce is great and works well with it. This is the kind of sauce I'd expect on rice (actually quite similar to the dips in Hainan chicken rice) but these were dry noodles so even more fun.
