I dub thee the 2nd best lui cha in town! So far… 😛 Yes! They do it right! Meaning it’s #naturallyvegan 👏 Also, mad props for offering a non-bitter soup, not all of them do.

Great choice of #veggies for their topping 👌 They use the healthier purple rice which is always a good sign. Glad they didn’t use too much scallions but that’s just me. I love that they don’t cheap out on the sweet turnips 😋 The soup feels nice and whole, you can tell from the pulpy thickness.
