Review of Seitan Paillard at Cooking Classes in Rome Food And Music by traceyk
This dish was the third course in a four-course “Vegan Emphasis” tasting menu at Il Margutta in Rome. It was absolutely delicious. I think I’ll go out on a limb and call it the best preparation of seitan I’ve ever experienced. Loved it with the combination of the wild salad, creamy avocado and the asparagus with a lemon citronette. Would definitely order again.
