Review of Vegan Vietnamese Sandwich On French bread at Paris Banh Mi - Tallahassee by usa-ute

When my husband first discovered this new Tallahassee sandwich restaurant, I looked at the menu and was sure there was nothing for me. Upon further review, I realized they had a vegan option - using Seitan as the plant-based “meat” option - and I decided to give it a try. It comes with Seitan, sour vegetables, jalapeño (nice kick!), cucumber, and cilantro. I ordered without Mayo to make it vegan. OMG! It was the best-tasting sandwich I’ve ever had! It bursts with flavor. I now want it at least once a week. If I go anywhere near there, I’m going in and getting this sandwich. I wish they had more vegan options. There isn’t anything else I can order, but this sandwich is filling and so good!
