Since natural tofu has hardly any flavour of its own, this one is just as good as any other. I picked it up on sale because the expiration date was already a day past. I wanted to try a new recipe for pickled tofu. Let's see how it tastes afterwards. 😉😉😉
Plus point for Taifun: the tofu is made from soy from Germany and Austria.
