Northern suburbs of Cape Town is not known for plant based options so trying to change that by asking for plant based options where possible. Cappachino with almond milk coming right up. Got to speak to the manager and spoke about introducing the plant based options, the profit margins that improve as a result, and the benefits for people and for planet in the process.
