Being vegan in the Fjørds ain’t an easy task… this cute pastry was one of the two options I saw (although being fair I didn’t read through the menu).

The pastry was decent, it had an interesting lemon taste but maybe it was a bit too sweet for me (or maybe I had a lot of sugar today haha)
