Review of Centrifuga at Dori Bar Pasticceria by adot

The look isn't exactly yummy, but... It's a juice made from apple, ananas, ginger and another ingredient which I'm blanking now.
Basically, you can only taste the ginger, which is not a bad thing per se - if you enjoy having a ginger-ish hell in your mouth.
