Review of Vegan burger at La Travesia by chiaraclaire

This is the only vegan dish this restaurant offers (but you have to ask it without cheese). The taste was nothing really original, they told me the burger was made with peas, in my opinion it's the Beyond Meat one (the owner didn't seem to remind the name of the brand). The taste was overall okay, but I think they should replace the cheese with something else, because the bread was too dry. Also, the potatoes were not 100% cooked. The mayo they brought was not vegan, luckily I asked before eating it. I replaced it with ketchup, the only other vegan dressing available.
