Review of Grilled Eggplant at Vault 21 by lojo

This was so disappointing. The portion was half of a very small eggplant, and while the pine nut/shallot topping was plentiful, I felt pretty ripped-off. We haven't been here in a while - Covid has affected their trading hours - so we were delighted to find them open today, as they do the best shoestring fries......but NO! They've changed their fries (but not their oil, sadly🤮). My partner commented that the cress on top of the eggplant was the best thing on our plates, and I came away thinking, "well, at least they have some vegan options"....sigh......
