Review of Eggplant curry at Analogue by turtleisland

One of their better new dishes. Curry packs a punch and is really creamy, you can ask for sourdough bread on the side. Would be good with rice too. Eggplants were juicy and marinated well, comes with a pop of surprise with the crispy chickpeas.
