Review of Fresh Fruity Cocktails at Pool Bar Jim's by mynameislisa

Pool Bar Jim's is a little round bar on the edge of the continent, just a few feet from the Atlantic Ocean, attached to a hotel we aren't staying at. The handsome, laid-back bartenders are slinging cocktails made with fresh fruit 🍓 and liberal splashes of rum or whatever you prefer. The ingredients aren't labeled on the menu, so be sure to ask because a few of them are not dairy-free. I had a frozen Lava Flow, made with coconut milk and fresh strawberries, with one huge juicy berry waiting for me at the bottom of the cup. I also had a Pain Killer, made with pineapple 🍍 and other flavors, dusted with a heavy shake of nutmeg.

What a gift at the end of another sunny vacation day, feeling clean in a sundress with steel drum reggae pulsing over by the pool. If the world is really ending this would be the spot to ride it out.
