Review of Burguer gourmet at Baobab by danielgl
Tasty, filling dish at this vegan gem thay we finally visited after seeing the post by @veganhaven!
"Naked" burger of lentils, organic soy and beets on a bed of lettuce and topped with cashew cheese, sauteed mushrooms, carmelized onions and sprouts. It was a nicely firm textured patty with a crunch, served with a slice of wholegrain bread and sides of baked new potatoes and vegan mayonnaise. Swipe to see photos of the exterior of the locale which is so vegan friendly, adorable and welcoming, as is the staff. The menu is extensive with wraps, sandwiches, desserts and smoothies.
